E-Verify back in operation as government shutdown ends (E-Verify)

E-Verify announced it has resumed operations now that the government shutdown is coming to an end. Employers have until Feb. 11 to create E-Verify cases for each employee hired while the system went offline during the shutdown. More information is available on the E-Verify website.
