Technical Integrity acquires recruiting arm of Find My Flock

January 25, 2019

Technical Integrity, a boutique recruiting firm focused on executive, sales and engineering, acquired the recruiting arm of Find My Flock.

Find My Flock, originally founded as a nonprofit organization that matched women in tech with mentors, gradually evolved into a placement service and job search engine for technology professionals. Both companies are based in Boulder, Colo., and often worked together for clients in the Colorado tech community.

While the recruiting practice will be acquired by Technical Integrity, the Find My Flock job board technology will be purchased by Denver’s Turing School of Software & Design.

The transaction closed Jan. 22; terms were not disclosed. Technical Integrity will not use the Find My Flock brand, but Turing School will keep the brand on the job board platform.

Technical Integrity averages about 30 placements annually and said it fills 25% to 30% of its full-time technical roles with candidates from underrepresented populations.

“This acquisition marks a continued commitment to helping our colleagues, friends and clients understand the criticality of increasing diversity and inclusivity in tech, helping define and follow best practices for attracting and retaining a diverse talent pool, and taking an active, intentional role to build those inclusive teams,” Technical Integrity CEO Dave Mayer wrote in a blog post.
