IT staffing provider Eliassen Group LLC acquired Fidato Partners LLC, a provider of retained and contingent search in accounting and finance, risk management and transformation, and IT. Fidato also provides consulting services in these areas.

Eliassen noted the company will complement its business consulting capabilities, notably its risk management and business optimization offerings.

Fidato is based in the Philadelphia area and founded in 2010.
