IT staffing provider Eliassen Group LLC acquired Webster Consulting Group LLC.
Woburn, Massachusetts-based Webster was founded in 2010 by Tim Stone and Paul McMahon, who will remain with Eliassen as principal consultants. Webster provides IT staffing.
“This strategic partnership with Webster Consulting Group broadens Eliassen Group’s client base, enabling us to serve a wider community of both clients and consultants alike,” Eliassen Group CEO Dave MacKeen said.
Eliassen was founded in 1989 and is based in Reading, Massachusetts. It ranks as the 50th-largest US staffing firm.
The deal closed in late October; terms of the transaction were not announced.
