TekPartners and Genuent Holdings announce merger and additional investment

IT staffing providers TekPartners and Genuent Holdings LLC announced they are merging to become Inspyr Solutions.

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, TekPartners is a subsidiary of P2P Staffing Corp.

TekPartners CEO Jay Bevilacqua will serve as CEO of the combined company, while Kip Wright, Genuent Holdings’ CEO, will become executive chairman of Inspyr Solutions’ board. Wright is a member of SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame.

The combined entity will provide IT staffing and professional services solutions through 11 offices across six states, serving customers across several markets, including technology, transportation, consumer, healthcare, financial services and energy.

Additionally, Genuent Holdings received a majority investment from A&M Capital Partners, which acquired the business from Achieve Partners. A&M Capital Partners previously acquired a majority interest in P2P Staffing Corp. in December 2021.

“Merging TekPartners and Genuent is an exciting and logical next step in the evolution of our brands for a number of reasons. As Inspyr Solutions, we will be able to unlock tremendous synergy to better serve our clients and consultants,” Bevilacqua said.

“With a strong nationwide footprint and an infusion of capital from A&M Capital Partners, Inspyr Solutions has the resources and reach to make an enormous impact on the industry. Our new name reflects our team’s drive to become a force of inspiration and leadership in the staffing and professional services arenas.”

Houston, Texas-based Genuent Holdings was founded in 2006.
