AMN Healthcare Services Inc. (NYSE: AMN) and Randstad US announced a go-to-market partnership to enable the companies to team up and sell AMN’s clinical staffing to clients along with Randstad’s nonclinical staffing offerings.

Either company can lead the go-to-market efforts depending on the customer. AMN would take the lead in clinical settings; however, Randstad might lead the go-to-market efforts where it has relationships with varied companies that use healthcare and other types of staffing such as biotech and pharmaceutical firms.

The effort is described as a partnership of equals.

The companies are starting the partnership with an open talent marketplace for healthcare aimed at providing state coalitions, federal agencies and healthcare systems with rapid access to talent as the Covid-19 crisis rages on.
