TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) announced Sean Ebner joined the company as president of PeopleReady. Ebner since March 2012 served as president of Staff Care, the locum tenens brand of AMN Healthcare Services Inc. (NYSE: AHS). Prior to joining Staff Care, Ebner led a division within Technisource, a subsidiary of Randstad. TrueBlue in the fourth quarter of 2016 transitioned to three go-to-market brands; the $1.6 billion PeopleReady brand is its branch-based staffing business comprised of the former Labor Ready, Spartan Staffing and COP brands. TrueBlue also announced that Wayne Larkin is taking on a new enterprise-wide role in the company as executive VP of strategic accounts, where he will focus on cross-selling TrueBlue’s array of talent solutions to many of the company’s largest clients.

Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC, a staffing provider for the hospitality industry, appointed Vincent Lombardo as CFO. Since 2011, Lombardo has served as CFO of two staffing companies: SNI Companies, which GEE Group Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB) acquired earlier this year for $86 million; and MDT Personnel LLC, a Clearwater, Fla.-based staffing firm. Prior to that, he was CFO at private-equity backed TRAKAmerica, Capstone Tropical Holdings Inc., and publicly traded staffing company Ablest Inc. He also served in executive financial positions with Fleetpride Inc., General Binding Corp., and Interlake Material Handling Inc.

Industrial staffing provider Command Center Inc. (OTCQB: CCNI) appointed Cory Smith to chief financial officer, effective July 31. He replaces Colette Pieper, who resigned after less than a year to pursue other professional interests. Pieper assumed the CFO role at the Coeur D’Alene, Idaho-based firm in September. She had taken over the role from Jeff Wilson, who took the position in 2014 and left when his employment contract ended. Smith has more than 10 years of financial and accounting experience, including six at Command Center. He was employed by Command Center from 2010 through 2015, serving as the company’s controller during the final two years of his tenure. Since 2015, he has been VP of finance at Southeast Staffing (formerly Worldwide Staffing).

BelFlex Staffing Network, a light industrial staffing agency, hired Andrew Deutsch as chief operating officer, effective July 25. Deutsch will work closely with CEO Mike McCaw on strategic initiatives to grow the company in both new and existing markets, and he will focus on expanding the company’s geographic footprint and service offerings across the Midwest and Southeast. He replaces Todd Cross in the COO role. Cross remains with BelFlex as senior director, which allows him to devote more time to his family and quality of life pursuits. He will remain actively involved with the company, focusing on the company’s West Virginia operations and several key client partnerships. Deutsch most recently served as executive VP at Nesco Resource, an Ohio-based engineering and industrial staffing provider.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Scott Leuchter joined the firm as a senior client partner; he will lead the firm’s industrial manufacturing advisory services in North America. Leuchter most recently was principal-in-charge of the global people and HR transformation practice at The Hackett Group. Previously, he was a leader in people advisory services at Ernst & Young and a practitioner at Crowe Horwath.
