Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., promoted CEO Leo Camacho to vice chairman of the company. He heads up the effort of acclimating new offices resulting from acquisition or expansion and also works to bring in new large accounts.

Roderick Santoro was promoted from chief operations officer to CEO. In this role, he coordinates and leads Chartwell’s day-to-day operations. All department heads now report to Santoro. 

Stephen Fick was promoted from regional vice president to COO.  He is now in charge of all regions and branch operations as well as safety and risk. 

All promotions took effect Jan. 1

Chartwell last year assumed control of a majority of the teams and 30 locations of Corporate Resource Services; CRS at one time ranked as the 22nd-largest US staffing firm before recently ceasing operations. Chartwell in October acquired both New York City-based Tiger Information Systems and Georgia-based Victory Staffing Solutions LLC.
