Chartwell acquires Georgia staffing firm

October 27, 2015

Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., acquired Victory Staffing Solutions LLC in Hiram, Ga.

The transaction closed Oct. 26; terms were not disclosed.

Chartwell merged its Atlanta team with the Victory staff and moved its Atlanta office to Victory’s Hiram location, which is rebranded as Chartwell, for a short-term stay until they find a new Atlanta location.

Since April, Chartwell has provided staff to Atlanta’s bakery manufacturers and the warehouse industry. The Victory acquisition expands Chartwell’s light industrial staffing horizons, adding plastics, window, aviation, automotive, precast concrete, construction and pharmaceuticals manufacturers to its client list.

“This acquisition gives us a great platform to continue our growth in the metro Atlanta market,” said Chartwell owner Tracy Kidan.

Chartwell in March assumed control of a majority of the teams and 30 locations of Corporate Resource Services (CRS); at one time, CRS ranked as the 22nd-largest US staffing firm before ceasing operations in March.

In July, Chartwell acquired Eveready Staffing and Training in Ogden, Utah.

Chartwell, a 3-year-old company, now counts 45 offices in 13 states.
