Elwood Staffing, a Columbus, Indiana-based staffing firm, announced today its acquisition of Georgia-based NAOS Staffing, a regional provider of on-site contingent staffing and workforce management solutions.

It’s the third buy this year for Elwood, following the acquisitions of Advanced Personnel and IES Custom Staffing Solutions.

The transaction closed March 13; terms were not disclosed. NAOS will operate as “NAOS, an Elwood Staffing company” for the short term but will ultimately operate under the Elwood Staffing brand once a rebrand is completed. NAOS is a Georgia-based company, and with its entrance into the Elwood Staffing family, its headquarters is now Columbus, Indiana.

The acquisition further advances Elwood’s on-site staffing delivery capabilities and bolsters the company’s footprint in the South. With the addition of NAOS offices, Elwood’s branch network now includes 23 locations throughout Alabama and Georgia.

NAOS provides on-site contingent staffing programs as well traditional contingent staffing solutions to companies within the distribution and manufacturing sectors throughout the US. It operates from five brick-and-mortar locations: two in Georgia and three in Alabama.
