Elite365, a Tampa, Florida-based travel nurse staffing firm, acquired Kobor MedSearch LLC, a Dawsonville, Georgia-based firm that specializes in the anesthesia staffing market for both locum tenens and permanent placement.

“Our healthcare partners are struggling to reach optimum staffing levels across their facilities, and we want to provide them with as many options as possible to fill those vacancies,” Elite365 CEO Tracy Clark said in a press release. “This acquisition expands our ability to place high-quality healthcare professionals in rewarding careers, augments our locum tenens service, and allows us to better support the in-demand anesthesia provider market.”

Kobor MedSearch President Betty Evenson will retain her leadership role within the company and partner with Elite365’s team.

“We are excited to welcome Betty Evenson and the Kobor MedSearch team into our organization,” Elite365’s locum tenens division president Russel Hicks said in a press release. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, and I look forward to partnering as our locum tenens division, headquartered in Dallas, continues to grow.”

Plans call for the Kobor brand to remain with the addition of “an Elite365 company.”
