People: WinterWyman, Agile-1, Plumlee & Associates, TRC, Korn Ferry Hay Group

Waltham Mass.-based WinterWyman Search promoted Mark Stagno to partner at the firm’s software technology practice. Stagno previously served as principal consultant in the same division. Meanwhile, WinterWyman Contract Staffing in New York promoted Frank Dadah to partner of its accounting, finance and administrative division. Dadah, previously a principal, also serves as managing director of the group.

Agile-1, a Torrance, Calif.-based provider of VMS and MSP services, appointed Beat Mueller to the position of country manager for its operations in Switzerland. Prior to joining Agile-1, Mueller was a country manager for a global staffing company, the business development director for a workforce solution provider in Europe, and an executive with a staffing agency in Switzerland.

Career Partners International, locally branded in Nashville as Plumlee & Associates, hired Michele Knight to lead business development efforts for its Nashville and Franklin locations, which serve the middle Tennessee region. Knight has more than 12 years’ experience in executive coaching, speaking and consulting.

TRC Staffing Services Inc. named Kimberly Huffman as VP of sales for the greater Atlanta area. Huffman has 21 years of experience in the staffing industry, with expertise in the office, light industrial, accounting and finance sectors. And Nancy Wright Whatley joined the company as national VP for franchise operations. She most recently served as executive director at IgniteHQ, responsible for strategic planning, recruiting entrepreneurs, budget management, fundraising and facility oversight.

Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Chris McGee joined the firm as senior client partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group executive pay and governance practice based in its Washington office.  Korn Ferry acquired human resource consultancy Hay Group last year. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, McGee was the lead partner of a global human capital consulting firm’s Washington compensation advisory business, specializing in executive compensation.
