Japan-based recruitment and job information provider En-Japan Inc (4849:TYO) reported revenue today of JPY 67.66 billion (USD 433.9 million) for the full year ended 31 March 2023, a slight reduction of 0.1% from the prior year.
The company saw a downturn in the overseas business sales due to the “impact of the external environment”.

The group said it saw an uptick in personnel costs due to increased headcount, particularly in HR Tech Engage.
Revenue in the HR platform increased by 14.1% over the year. Revenue in the domestic job site increased by 0.5%. At the same time, domestic recruitment revenue decreased by 1.6%.
Meanwhile, the group’s overseas business revenue decreased by 28.4% over the prior year.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 73.00 billion (USD 468.14 million) for the year ended 31 March 2025.
En Japan shares closed at JPY 2,827.00 (USD 18.13), up 2.58% on the day and 6.24% below its 52-week high of JPY 3,015.00 (USD 19.34), set on 9 February 2024. The company has a market cap of JPY 137.02 billion (USD 878.7 million).
