Nisso, a Japanese human resources firm providing staffing services, reported revenue yesterday of JPY 96.85 billion (USD 621.1 million) for the full year ended 31 March 2024.
The company did not disclose prior year results in its report, however last year’s reports showed revenue of JPY 90.82 (USD 582.5 million), showing a revenue increase of 6.6% in FY 2023.
Nisso Holdings was established on 2 October 2023 as the parent company of wholly-owned Nisso Corporation through a single share transfer.

Nisso operates in two segments: human resources and other business. The integrated talent service business operates a manufacturing talent service, such as manufacturing dispatching and manufacturing contracting, as well as administrative talent service, such as general office dispatching and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The Other business operates nursing care and welfare projects, such as facility nursing care and home care.
Revenue in general human resources services was up 6.8% over the year. Revenue in manufacturing - production human resources services was up by 5.2% while revenue in engineering human resources services increased by 5.3%. Meanwhile, revenue in administrative human resources services fell by 4.9%.
Revenue in Nursing Care – Welfare Services, was up 0.9% year-on-year.
Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 106.0 billion (USD 679.76 million) for the year ended 31 March 2025.
Nisso Holdings shares at JPY 824.00 (USD 5.28), down 1.32% on the day and 18.90% above the 52-week low of JPY 693.00 (USD 4.44) set on 18 October 2023. The company has a market cap of JPY 28.41 billion (USD 182.18 million).
