People: CorTech, AESC, MRINetwork, Beacon Hill, Gigster and more

Staffing provider CorTech International promoted Jennifer White to VP of centralized search operations. She has been with CorTech for seven years and has managed large MSP/VMS accounts. Past roles at CorTech include recruiter, account manager and director of search.

The Association of Executive Search Consultants announced new appointments to the AESC Council of the Americas, which consists of elected officers from AESC member executive search and leadership consulting firms from across the Americas.

  • Vice chair – Alicia Hasell, managing partner, Boyden – Houston
  • Secretary and treasurer – Morten Nielsen, global managing director, life sciences practice, Witt/Kieffer – Chicago

MRINetwork, a subsidiary of CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI), announced franchisees opened new offices: Alan Goth, Broomfield, Colo.-based Certitude Talent Solutions, targeting medical devices/equipment and sales leadership; and Robert Joseph, Gibsonia, Pa.-based Rock River Staffing, targeting sales and marketing.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Managing Director Kathleen Keliher and Executive Director John Williams will lead its new division — Beacon Hill Solutions — which will provide customized programs across multiple specialties. Keliher is responsible leading the division and its national expansion; she previously was VP of sales and a member of the executive committee for the solutions and services division of a large workforce company. Williams is responsible for client service and operations nationwide; he previously was a senior regional VP for a large global staffing organization where he served on their executive committee. 

Gigster, an on-demand software development platform, announced Richard Akers will join the company as senior VP of partnerships. He most recently was VP of global alliances at Informatica, where he led the data integration company’s program focused on systems integration partners. Prior to Informatica, he held senior leadership roles HP Software, Oracle and BEA Systems.

Staffing software provider Bullhorn promoted Steve Warfield to VP, support, from senior director, client support. He will continue leading Bullhorn’s support organization and will also lead the product consultant team.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Robyn Cameron joined the firm as senior client partner, global solution architect in the Korn Ferry Hay Group rewards and benefits solution practice. She will work out of Korn Ferry’s New York office and be a member of the rewards and benefits solution practice global leadership team. Cameron previously was the head of Cigna’s North American global health benefits business and segment leader for national accounts.
