Adroit Partners LLC recently hired Todd Krum as director of technology staffing, responsible for business development of the firm’s IT division. Krum has almost 20 years of experience as a strategic IT staffing consultant and staffing operations executive. The firm also hired Mark Smith as director of staffing solutions, responsible for leading Adroit Partners’ strategic solutions initiatives and to provide oversight of operational delivery of Adroit’s customized solutions. Smith has more than two decades of experience in staffing and human capital solutions. Houston-based Adroit Partners provides staffing, recruiting and managed services programs.

Las Vegas-based employment agency Millenium Staffing Solutions promoted Kathy Hales to staffing manager. Hales joined Millenium in 2015 and most recently was the account manager over a single staffing account. She has 25 years of operations and call center experience.

Diversant LLC, a New Jersey-based IT staffing provider, announced Managing Director Michael Pendleton will lead its new office in Dallas, which opened Feb. 15. The location is Diversant’s 11th office.

The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL.TO), a Toronto-based executive search firm with operations in Canada and the US, appointed Mercedes Chatfield-Taylor to lead its newly combined private equity and venture capital practice. Based in San Francisco, Chatfield-Taylor previously founded and led the firm’s venture capital practice.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, hired Amdie Mengistu to lead its legal search practice in New York City. Mengistu practiced law and transitioned into legal recruiting in 2012, rising to managing director with Empire Search Partners before joining Lucas Group.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced David Krahe joined the firm as a member of the global medical device and diagnostics practice, based in the Dallas office. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Krahe was a member of the leadership team at St. Jude Medical.
