The Wall Street Journal reports executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) settled a lawsuit over its firing of Robert Damon, who was executive chairman of the Americas until his dismissal in January 2015.

Damon sued Korn Ferry, claiming it fired him for defending women from the abuse of CEO Gary Burnison.

However, Korn Ferry said it fired Damon for allegedly using his company email address to solicit escorts and distribute photographs of naked women.
