G&A Partners buys accounts of Employer Essentials PEO

Professional employer organization G&A Partners has bought the accounts of Denver-based PEO Employer Essentials.

With the deal in place, Houston-based G&A Partners reported it now serves more than 1,000 clients and 36,000 worksite employees in the US and Latin America.

“Acquiring Employer Essentials’ book of business was a great opportunity for G&A Partners,” said John Allen, president and COO of G&A Partners. “This acquisition, along with promising organic growth as a result of our UnitedHealthcare master health plan, positions us well to further grow our presence in Colorado and become one of the area’s preeminent PEOs.”

G&A will retain the client-facing employees at Employer Essentials; they will continue serving the firm’s client from an office in Englewood, Colo. In addition, Employer Essentials President Tara Griffin will join G&A Partners as a regional client services manager.
