Cure Staffing Inc. said Tuesday that it was awarded a six-year, $30 million contract by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide temporary medical support staff.
The staff will cover routine assignments and public health emergencies or other designated emergency assignments. The company said this is the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s first direct award to a staffing agency.
Cure Staffing, based in Whitestone, New York, was founded by Mary Cordo in 2007.
