Flexible Staffing acquired Purcell Staffing of Louisville, Kentucky, according to an announcement by M&A advisor Calder Capital.

Purcell Staffing serves clients in the light industrial, administrative and engineering industries. It was started in 1995 by Janice Purcell and was operated with her daughter, Sasha Brown.

Flexible Staffing is based in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, and has more than 30 locations in the Midwest and South as well as in Texas and Connecticut. It was founded in 1991.
