Meiho Holdings Co. Ltd., a Japan-based firm involved in human resources services and worker dispatching, announced its Meiho Ativo Co. Ltd. subsidiary, a staffing firm based in Tokyo, will acquire Igial Holdings Co. Ltd.

The acquisition price is JPY 562 million (USD 3.8 million) with an effective date of 1 February 2024.

Igial Holdings’ subsidiary Resona Gate Co. Ltd. is a staffing firm also based in Tokyo.

“We believe that by expanding our business nationwide in the future, we will be able to have a major impact on Japan's staffing industry, and as a result of discussions, we have reached an agreement for Igial Holdings to join the Meiho Group,” Meiho stated.

“In the future, we will strengthen our network with Meiho Ativo and other companies in the human resources services business segment, work to stabilise our management base, respond to future changes in the economic and social environment, and promote local employment and regional revitalisation,” the company added.
