Malone Workforce Solutions acquired Nashville-based Matthews Aviation Staffing and its subsidiaries. The deal adds more than 250 external temporary employees to Malone’s payroll and brings the company’s total revenue to more than $330 million, according to the Malone.
“Matthews Aviation has a very good reputation in the aviation industry and its founder Jerry Matthews shares the same vision, values, and dedication to customer service and employee support as Malone Workforce Solutions does,” said Tim Malone, co-owner of Louisville, Kentucky-based Malone.
The deal included 100% of Matthews Aviation Staffing and closed on Oct. 31.
Malone, a provider of industrial staffing, has 75 branch offices. It ranks as the 57th-largest staffing firm in the US.
