BelFlex names execs to fill CEO, president and COO roles; Malone Workforce Solutions names CEO

BelFlex Staffing Network, a light industrial staffing agency, appointed Jason McCaw as CEO. Co-owner Michael McCaw has moved from the CEO role to join co-owner Candace McCaw as co-chairman of the board.

Jason McCaw had been director of corporate development at BelFlex since July 2015.

The company also expanded its leadership team, naming Timothy Mueller as president; he joined BelFlex as CFO in 2015. And Robert Baer has been promoted to COO from executive VP of sales, a role he had held since October 2017.

BelFlex ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US. The company was founded in 1989 and operates 31 branch offices.

Separately, Malone Workforce Solutions named former COO Beth Delano as CEO, a new position within the firm, effective immediately. VP of Operations Dawn Meyers has been promoted to fill the COO role.

Delano joined Louisville, Ky.-based Malone in 2012 as VP of sales. She was promoted to president of commercial staffing in 2015 and COO in 2017.

Meyers joined Malone in 2014 as director of staffing operations and became VP of operations in 2017.

As CEO, Delano will lead Malone’s overall growth strategy, both organically and via acquisition, to support nationwide expansion. In her new role as COO, Meyers will work closely with Delano to expand the company’s geographic reach and service offerings.

Malone ranks No. 14 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US and is included on the list of fastest-growing US staffing firms. Malone counts 75 branch offices in 17 states, Targeted sectors include commercial, professional, healthcare and business services.

In 2017, Malone Workforce Solutions acquired AllStaff (formerly Select Staffing of Illinois) and its subsidiaries. The addition almost doubled Malone’s estimated annual revenue, which reached more than $320 million in 2018.
