Team Health Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH), a clinical outsourcing provider in healthcare, is exploring a sale to a private-equity firm, The Wall Street Journal reported. Team Health is in talks with Blackstone Group LP and Bain Capital and could reach a deal to go private this month, people familiar with the matter told the newspaper. Team Health, which includes healthcare staffing provider D&Y, last year rejected merger offers by AmSurg Corp.
