Healthcare staffing providers Fastaff LLC and U.S. Nursing Corp. announced Avi Khilnani joined the two companies as executive VP and will lead business development efforts. 

Fastaff provides travel nurse staffing while U.S. Nursing provides staffing during labor disputes.

Before Khilnani left Randstad Professionals to join Fastaff and U.S. Nursing, he held executive positions at Sirius Solutions, Yoh and Kforce.

Private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners LP last year acquired a majority stake in Healthcare Staffing Services in a recapitalization transaction. Healthcare Staffing Services owns Fastaff Travel Nursing and U.S. Nursing Corp.
