US Nursing Corporation and Fastaff Travel Nursing appointed Bart Valdez as president and CEO. The firms, jointly owned by Healthcare Staffing Services LLC, also made several other executive changes.

Fastaff is a medical and travel nurse staffing firm; US Nursing provides nurse staffing during labor disputes. Both firms are based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Valdez previously held executive leadership roles with Syneos Health, Ceridian and First Advantage. He replaces Allison Beer, who remains on the board of the two companies.

Beer last month joined Englewood, Colorado-based Integrity Locums as its chief people officer.

Further changes include the appointment of Betty Wageman to the role of chief commercial officer, Dr. Kimberly Windsor as chief administrative officer, and Michelle Savell to the new role as senior VP of US Nursing.
