Executive search firm MitchelLake Group, headquartered in Australia, announced it acquired Tyzack Partners, a UK-based executive search firm for digital ventures and transformational companies.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Tyzack Partners was founded in 1958 and has experience in sectors including leisure, hospitality, information, communication and entertainment, private equity, consumer goods and technology.

MitchelLake Group is a global provider of executive search, board and advisory solutions headquartered in New South Wales, Australia with operations in the US, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney, in addition to London.

David Dumeresque and Neal Wyman, both senior partners at Tyzack, will continue supporting and counseling the team.

“This exciting new venture will allow us to gain access to some of the world’s fastest-growing companies, to new geographies and to the next generation of talent that will shape the business world over the coming years,” Dumeresque said.
