UT Group Co. Ltd. (2146:TYO) announced last month it is acquiring a 51% stake in Fujitsu FSAS Creative Inc., a provider of office staff and IT and communications-related engineers. Fujitsu FSAS also provides outsourced help-desk operations.

Fujitsu FSAS Creative, based in Kawasaki, Japan, posted net sales of 6.01 billion yen (USD 54.5 million) in its fiscal year ended March 2021. It primarily has Fujitsu Group companies as its main clients.

The company is being acquired from Fujitsu FSAS Inc.

UT Group reported the acquisition of Fujitsu FSAS Creative will strengthen its relationship with Fujitsu Group.

Earlier this year, UT Group announced a separate deal in which it acquired a 20% stake in L-CEP Co. Ltd.
