Japan – Temporary employment firm Mynavi acquires 444

Mynavi, a Japan-based firm involved in worker dispatching and job placements, announced it acquired 444 Co., a developer of programming skill diagnosis and quantification service solutions 'TechFUL’, also based in Japan.

The acquisition will allow Mynavito provide graduates new recruitment services.

“Under the mission of ‘changing the market value of young IT engineers’, 444 (Triple Four) solves the problems of hiring, evaluating, and training engineers by visualising IT skills amid the growing shortage of engineers. We are developing and operating "TechFUL", a tool for measuring and managing programming skills,” 444 stated.

“We will promote matching with companies that will lead to improvement and future growth,” the companies stated.

Mynavi was founded in 1973 and is involved in temporary work placements, as well as the provision of recruitment information magazines as well as consultancy on recruiting and hiring activities. It is also involved in the publication of newspaper and publishing business and advertising and PR.
