TechnoPro Holdings Inc. (6028:TYO), a Tokyo-based provider of engineering staffing, is acquiring Gcomnet Co. Ltd., a Tokyo-based company that focuses on ERP software package implementation and engineering staffing. The deal is expected to give TechnoPro more than 100 engineers in its ERP business department.

TechnoPro’s subsidiary TechnoPro Inc. is acquiring 100% of the shares.

Gcomnet posted net sales of JPY 341 million (USD 3.2 million) in its fiscal year ended July 2020, down from JPY 390 million in the previous fiscal year.

The deal is set to take effect 1 October. TechnoPro Holdings does not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on its consolidated earnings for its fiscal year ending in June 2022.
