Career Co., Ltd, (6198:JP), a Japanese HR services firm, reported revenue for the full year ending 30 September 2021 of JPY 14.18 billion (USD 124.1 million), up 15.8% when compared to the same period last year.

Career Co is mainly engaged in the provision of senior human resources for an ageing society. The senior work business provides temporary staffing, recruitment of senior human resources for building maintenance, bed-making, office work, logistics, qualified personnel and other fields.
Revenue in the senior work business was down 8.8% on the year. At the same time revenue in the senior care business was up 29.0% over the year.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 14.50 billion (USD 126.88 million).
Shares in Career Co closed yesterday at JPY 569.00 (USD 4.98), down 0.8% on the day. The company has a market cap of JPY 4.41 billion (USD 38.58 million).
