Work-life balance has become more important than an attractive salary and benefits for job seekers, reports The Times of India, citing a survey by Randstad India. While 65% of those surveyed said an employer's work-life balance policies were amongst the most important drivers for them, 62% mentioned attractive salary and benefits as a major driver. A Covid-19 compliant work environment (61%) and job security (61%) were other major drivers.
