The Go2 People Ltd. (GO2:ASX), a Perth, Australia-based recruitment provider, announced the appointment of Steven Richards as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) commencing 30 March 2022.

Richards is a Chartered Accountant and highly experienced CFO having worked in a number of ASX-listed entities.

GO2 Chair Darren Cooper said, “We are delighted to have attracted a candidate of Steven’s calibre to the GO2 Group. His strongly credentialed CFO background and his deep experience in the financial leadership of successful growth companies will stand us in good stead for both organic business growth and for further M&A activity.”

Richards succeeds Corinne Franklin, who will be leaving the company at the end of April. Franklin had been appointed as Group CFO on October 2021.

In its latest update, the company said it had been focusing on successfully integrating the Go2 and Skill Hire businesses. The company acquired Western Australia-based employment services provider, Skill Hire Australia in April 2021.
