Tony Gregoire was appointed Director of Custom Research at SIA in 2020. Along with responsibility for customized research, Tony also continues to lead content for SIA’s Executive Forum North America, the company’s global staffing market estimates and projections, US contingent workforce market estimates, the annual US Gig Workforce report, the monthly US Jobs Report and the company’s annual Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey.

Prior roles since joining SIA in 2008 include serving as the lead for CWS Council research and as SIA’s healthcare staffing analyst. Tony has authored reports such as the VMS & MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape, the US Staffing Industry Forecast, the Payrolling & IC Compliance Landscape, and the List of Largest US Staffing Firms. He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and his research on the staffing market and contingent workforce has been cited in leading publications.

Tony holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and has passed the CFA Level III exam.
