Ontario's ministry of labour issued six orders against Toronto food company Fiera Foods after a 23-year-old female employee died following an industrial accident on Sept. 2, CBC reported. The part-time worker had been working on a conveyor line when an article of her clothing got caught in the machinery. She started working for the company on Aug. 15, and was hired through OLA Staffing, a Woodbridge, Ont.-based staffing firm.
