Staffing provider CorTech International acquired the assets of Folsom, Calif.-based V-Force Staffing Solutions, effective April 23. V-Force, an industrial and clerical staffing solution provider, counts 11 offices in California and one each in Texas and Florida.

V-Force management — including President Ron Wolcott, VP of Operations Brad Brosaltis and VP of Sales Todd Zemlock — will remain to run the operation for CorTech. V-Force will be overseen by Ben Rosencrants, president of CorTech Brands operation.

“We are excited to add V-Force to our organization as it fills out additional retail staffing locations in the west for CorTech,” said CorTech CEO Vincent Rossy. “The V-Force locations in the high-demand California market will provide CorTech with large opportunities as well as being able to support current clients in the new locations will be a great opportunity for us.”

The combined operations will boost CorTech’s 2018 sales to $252 million on a proforma basis. CorTech will have 6,300 billing associates and more than 750 clients billed for 2018.

The deal follows CorTech’s acquisition in February of diversity temp staffing provider Victory Personnel Services Inc. CorTech aims for $40 million in new acquisitions per year.
