ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) acquired Iron Vine Security, a firm that designs, implements and executes cybersecurity programs for federal customers. Iron Vine’s team of more than 230 professionals will become a part of ECS Federal, ASGN’s federal government segment.

Iron Vine was founded in 2008 and is based in Washington, DC. Its clients include the National Institutes of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Securities and Exchange Commission and others.
