ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) announced the acquisition of Enterprise Resource Performance Inc. (ERPi), a healthcare consulting and data analytics firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.

ERPi’s team of 250 consultants will join ASGN’s federal government division, ECS.

The acquisition enhances ECS’ healthcare IT solutions and provides access to new customers and contract vehicles, according to ASGN.

“The acquisition of ERPi deepens ECS’ capabilities across a number of exciting solution areas and provides key contract vehicles that will bolster our current healthcare industry offerings,” said George Wilson, president of ECS. “We are thrilled to bring their team’s experience to new and existing customers across industry and government.”

The deal follows ASGN’s recent acquisition of IndraSoft, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of IT services to federal clients in the US Department of Defense and civilian agencies.
