Healthcare provider Maxim Healthcare in October named Matthew Sticklin as its new CFO. Sticklin joined Maxim in 2003 as a reimbursement specialist before becoming controller and senior VP of finance. He previously served as CFO for Major, Lindsey and Africa and Allegis Partners.

LiquidAgents Healthcare promoted long-time sales leader Oren Lavi to the newly created role of chief sales officer. Lavi since March had served as VP of sales, following an extended stint as director of client advisory.

Alumni Staffing LLC, a provider of locum tenens staffing, appointed Karl Lau as chief operating officer. Lau takes over from Scott Hollingshead, who is now serving as CFO. Prior to Alumni, Lau led strategic partnerships for the VMS division of AMN Healthcare Services and served as chief operating officer of LocumsMart.

Synergy Health Partners, a hospital staffing and solutions management company, announced that healthcare staffing leader Becky Kahn joined the company’s board of managers. Kahn currently is CEO of healthcare staffing firm Republic Health Resources; she previously was VP of client solutions for nurse staffing platform Trusted Health.

Interim HealthCare Inc., a franchise provider of home care and healthcare staffing, appointed Steve Schildwachter, formerly of Franchise Performance Group, as senior VP of brand and former Sonas Home Health Care talent director Scott Williams as VP of talent. Interim HealthCare has opened 15 new offices across the US in 2022 with two more opening before end of year.

All Star Healthcare Solutions, a staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and direct-hire opportunities for physicians and advanced practice, promoted Lynnette Odom to divisional VP of learning and development, marketing and communications. Odom joined All Star in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience.
