HealthTrust Workforce Solutions LLC (formerly Parallon Workforce Solutions) named Shaun McCamant, as chief nursing officer, clinical operations.

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is the eighth-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US, according to Staffing Industry Analysts.

McCamant joins HealthTrust from the HCA Healthcare MidAmerica Division, where she most recently was chief nursing officer for Lakeview Regional Medical Center. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience and nearly two decades of nursing leadership.

“As HealthTrust Workforce’s CNO, Shaun will steward the strengthening of our clinical vision and mission,” said Brendan Courtney, president and CEO of HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. “Along with her team of operations directors, she will work to promote clinical excellence and enhance clinical governance.”

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, an affiliate of HealthTrust, last year rebranded from Parallon Workforce Solutions; the company is the eighth-largest US healthcare staffing firm.
