Healthcare staffing firms making personnel announcements include The Delta Companies, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions LLC, Maxim Healthcare Services, MedSys Group and StaffDNA.

The Delta Companies promoted Paul Estrada to executive VP of Delta Physician Placement. Estrada joined The Delta Companies in 2012 as director of marketing for Delta Physician Placement and most recently was its senior VP.

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions LLC named Valerie Brown as ethics and compliance officer. Brown most recently was director of compliance at Unified Physician Management; before that, Brown was associate compliance officer for Promise Healthcare and worked for OmniComm Systems and Sheridan Healthcare.

Maxim Healthcare Services appointed Kellie Lanier as senior VP of clinical operations and part of the executive team. Lanier joined Maxim in 2007 as clinical supervisor for the Wilmington, NC, office and has since held multiple leadership roles throughout the company. Lanier replaces Cheryl Nelson in the role, who is transitioning into a part-time role focused on project-based clinical initiatives.   

StaffDNA announced Stephen Gillem and Frank Urso joined company as VPs to lead the VMS/MSP solutions it launched earlier this year. As members of StaffDNA’s senior leadership team, they report to CEO Sheldon Arora. Gillem and Urso have a combined 40-plus years of senior management and strategy experience, largely for the healthcare industry; Gillem previously led teams at Broadlane and later MedAssets, while Urso has led national sales teams in providing software and services for Henry Ford Health System and Cleveland Clinic.
