PRN Health Services LLC, a healthcare staffing firm, has acquired Alliant Staffing LLC, according to an announcement by M&A advisory firm Aleutian Capital Group.

Alliant Staffing is a healthcare staffing firm providing registered nurses, therapists and others on a per diem and travel basis. It’s headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland.

PRN is based in Appleton, Wisconsin. It is a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm Firmament, which acquired it in September 2021.
