Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS), a Rockville, Maryland-based staffing provider, acquired Affordable Rehab Services, a provider of therapy staffing in Broward and Miami-Dade counties in Florida.

Affordable Rehab provides physical, occupational and speech therapists to home healthcare firms. It will be integrated into Health HR, a division of Futuris, and it will add 10 client contracts as part of the deal. Diane Yousefi, owner/operator of Affordable Rehab Services will join Health HR. Health HR will also take on key personnel from Affordable that will allow the company to add a full-time billing coordinator and HR coordinator.
