Health HR, a subsidiary of Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS:FTRS), a network of staffing and other firms, announced the acquisition of Physical Therapy Rehab Associates, a Florida-based therapy staffing firm.

Physical Therapy Rehab Associates has been providing services in Broward County, Florida, since 2003. The deal will add six home health clients and a few new licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.

Previous owner Anthony Bullen will remain with Health HR as rehabilitation director, assisting in the integration of Physical Therapy Rehab Associates into Health HR.

Separately, Health HR reported gross revenue rose 16% in the fourth quarter.

Futuris is based in Rockville, Maryland.
