The 10 largest staffing firms in the UK generated 30% of all staffing revenue in the country in 2021, according the “Largest Staffing Firms in the UK 2022” Report to by Staffing Industry Analysts. That makes the UK one of the most fragmented markets in Europe; the 10 largest firms in the Netherlands represented 40% of total staffing revenue and the 10 largest firms in France represented 64% of revenue.

Impellam was ranked as the largest staffing firm in the UK, however, the sale of a number of its prominent UK brands announced recently, will have a significant impact on the company’s market ranking in 2023.
