An average of 22% of professionals across the UK said they would leave their job because their organisation showed such poor leadership, according to survey data from Randstad.
In a poll of approximately 9,000 workers across the UK, Randstad found that 29% of professionals in the property & real estate activities sector would leave their job due to poor leadership. This was matched by oil & gas professionals (29%).
The figure was lowest for tradesmen (14%) and Information, technology and communication professionals (16%). The national average out of 20 sectors stood at 22%.
