Worcester recruitment firm Peach Recruitment announced that it has merged with Workforce Recruitment, a West Midlands recruitment firm.

The merger will see Peach Recruitment’s employees relocating to Workforce’s new recruitment centre in Redditch. Peach’s managing director Sarah Mayo-Evans, who founded the company in 2002, will remain with the company.

“What made the merger really exciting for us is that both businesses share the same vision and values – putting clients at the centre of everything we do,” Paul Alekna, Workforce Recruitment’s CEO, said. “We have ambitious growth plans over the next few years and the merger allows us to create more opportunities and add further value to clients with the contacts and expertise Peach bring.”

Workforce Recruitment, based out of Redditch provides temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, workforce solutions and training and development throughout Central England.

No further details of the merger were disclosed.
