UK-based international specialist staffing group Empresaria announced that Spencer Wreford is stepping down from his position as CEO of Empresaria Group effective immediately.

Wreford has been with the Empresaria Group for ten years as CFO, COO, and during the last 12 months as CEO.

Rhona Driggs, who most recently served as the company’s COO, has been appointed as Empresaria Group’s new CEO.

“Since joining the Group in November 2018 she has driven significant positive changes including initiating a more sector led divisional structure, a focus on organic growth and streamlining operations,” Empresaria stated. “Ms Driggs has over 28 years' experience of working in International companies within the staffing sector and has a proven track record of delivering growth and driving innovation.”

Driggs also commented, "I have accepted the position of Empresaria Group CEO because I see tremendous potential in this company, our industry, and our employees. I look forward to leading our efforts to improve our financial and operational performance, execute our growth strategy, and enhance shareholder value."

The company also announced that Tim Anderson will continue as the group CFO in an expanded role, with additional responsibilities for group strategic development.
