Recruitment firm PageGroup (MPI: LSE) announced that it has appointed acting Chief Finance Officer Kelvin Stagg to the position on a permanent basis with immediate effect.

Mr Stagg has been with PageGroup since July 2006 and, prior to being appointed acting CFO, held the positions of Group Finance Controller and Company Secretary. Andrew Bracey, the previous CFO of the PageGroup resigned in October 2013.

Robin Buchanan, Chairman of PageGroup, commented: “In the last six months he has stepped up to the Chief Financial Officer role in an acting capacity and already made valuable improvements to our finance function.”
