Dutch staffing firm DPA Group announced during its General Meeting of Shareholders that Désirée Theyse’s appointment to CFO has been approved.

DPA Group had first announced that it had intended to appoint Theyse as CFO in March.

Theyse has been working at DPA since January 2018 as Corporate Strategy Director.

The group also announced that it had approved the proposal to appoint Albert Klene as statutory auditor. Furthermore, DPA Group announced that Chairman Ron Icke has been reappointed for a two-year term.
